Johnson Law Group, LLC is hiring an experienced and self-motivated Receptionist Administrative Assistant
At Johnson Law Group, we provide legal services for individuals needing representation in divorce, custody, and estate planning matters throughout Colorado. Johnson Law Group currently employs 40+ people and provides quality counseling and advocacy to hundreds of clients each year across three locations.

At this moment, we are seeking an experienced and self-motivated Administrative Assistant to assist in case management, client communication, sales inquiries, and team support. Previous law firm experience is preferred, but not required.
Job Duties
Generally speaking, your job duties as an Administrative Assistant will include the following:
- Firm wide support as needed, though primarily you will be assisting the Sales Department in assisting new potential clients and ensuring a smooth transition as they begin working with our firm
- Provide administrative support to the Sales Manager
- Assist our Sales Department by scheduling consultations with new potential clients
- Assist our Sales Department by providing exceptional customer service to potential clients. This may look like following up with them over the phone to check on the status of their case, or assisting them in person as they make payments or sign documents.
- Perform other tasks requested by members of the team, as needed
- Send agreements and follow-up for Estate Planning/ Pre & Post Nup matters, and schedule their appointments with one of our Attorneys
- Send Waivers of Attorney-Client Privilege to new clients
- Clio Manage
- Create new Clio matters and contacts for new clients, and send welcome emails as needed
- Receptionist Duties
- Process/log in-person payments, cash/check
- Check/process incoming mail, and send outgoing mail from Mail Xpress and U.S. Post Office
- Perform important clerical duties, such as copying, scanning, and faxing
- Communicate with clients via text, phone, and email to obtain and request various information

Salary: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
